Instructional Drills are a great way to learn new skills as well as refine and improve old skills. Instructional classes will offer more direct feedback with a slower pace.

Sessions run on a monthly calendar (I.E. April 1st - April 30th), so session lengths may vary depending on the month (either 4 or 5 weeks).

Instructional Drills

Drill Classes are great for getting in a lot of hitting, and improving through repetition. Drill classes are more fast paced, with on-the-go instruction as you hit.

Cardio tennis is a staple for workout buffs at Lakewood Park Tennis Center. Cardio tennis will increase your heart rate, help you burn calories and is a lot of fun. This is the perfect option to keep you fit and keep moving out on the court!
